Q1: What is your mode of payment? 

We accept payment via Paystack via your bank card or bank transfer. You must complete the payment process via Paystack to reserve your items. 


Q2: Do you accept payment on delivery? 

We DO NOT accept payment on delivery. Payment must be made at the time you place your order. We will not process your order until full payment is received. 


Q3: How am I sure you are not a scam and that I will get what I paid for?

We understand your concern and we do not take it lightly. We  hope our words are enough to convince you that we are not a scam and that you will get exactly what you have selected and paid for on our website. If you are still not convinced, please send us a WhatsApp message on +1-469-844-8425 or chat  with us on the WhatsApp Webchat just at the bottom of the  website.  You can also call our warehouse staff locally at 0805-551-5649 or 0805-551-5736. Additionally, you can find us on our social media handle on both Facebook and Instagram using the information at the bottom of the website. 


Q4: Can I make some of the payment now and the rest later? 

Full payment is due when you place an order. Your order will not ship and it will be cancelled if full payment is not received.
