Return/Exchange Policy



Exchange is processed in form of a return with a store voucher issued for you to shop for any desired items on our website. Proceed to read the return section below for additional details. 


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,  you may return it for a store voucher to use on future purchase. We do not give cash refund. 

Effective Dec 28,2020, we pay your return shipping fee.  As a result of this, your store credit CANNOT be use towards shipping charges under any circumstances. Your store credit CAN ONLY BE USE TOWARDS MERCHANDISE COST.  

The following terms apply:

  1. You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) that you do not want  within 72 hours of delivery via the following link: Request for refund our What's app Webchat.
  2. Upon approval of your return,  you will be provided with a ship back waybill number with clear instruction on how to ship the item(s) back to us. You must complete the handover of the item(s) to our shipping partner within 7 CALENDAR DAYS after receiving the ship back waybill. If  this is not done within the 7 day timeframe,  we will assume that you have decided to keep the item and the return process will be cancelled.  Alternately, you may drop off the item(s)  at our office. If you choose to drop off the item at our office, you must notify us at the time you make the initial contact and instructions will be provided accordingly. The item must be dropped off within 7 calendar days of your initial notification. 
  3. You will be given a store voucher code with your store credit loaded to allow you to start shopping immediately for the replacement items. Note that any order placed with your store credit will not be processed until we receive the item(s) you are returning and they are in good condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must have all tickets attached). Items that do no meet these criteria will be disposed and your store voucher will be cancelled. 
  4. To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for the purpose of validating customer information when processing an exchange or return
  5. We reserve the right to  request that an image be provided to confirm the returned item is not a proper fit
  6. We do not accept return of UNDERGARMENTS AND SOCKS
  7. Return or exchange is not allowed for wholesale purchase or items marked as final sale
